• Weather information is a forecast and can be wrong. For weather warnings, follow notices from the India Meteorological Department (IMD) and the district administration.
• News from feeds belongs to the original publishers, who are responsible for its accuracy.

Never pay money or a registration fee for a job.

We are not a recruitment agency. We do not guarantee any job and are not part of any dealings between an employer and a candidate. Check the company yourself before applying. If anyone asks for money, tell us, and report cyber fraud to the National Cyber Crime Helpline 1930 or at https://cybercrime.gov.in.

The site links to newspapers, government websites, Google Maps, WhatsApp and other websites. We have no control over their content, services or privacy policies. A link does not mean we endorse them.

• Send only what is true and what you know first-hand or have from a reliable source.
• Do not send another person's phone number or personal details without their permission.
• You must be 18 or older to send information through the forms.
• The editor reviews every submission. Publishing, shortening, editing or not publishing it is the editor's decision. There is no guarantee that a submission will be published.
• Repeated or automated (bot) form submissions are not allowed. Only a limited number of submissions can be sent per hour.

By sending information you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide permission to publish it on this website and app, in push notifications, in the "रुद्रपुर आज" (Rudrapur Today) WhatsApp digest and on our social-media pages, to shorten or edit it as needed, and to share it.

You keep your rights in the content. By sending it you also confirm that you have the right to send it and have it published.

To have published information removed, contact us and we will remove it from the site. Anything already shared (such as a WhatsApp digest or notification already sent) cannot be recalled.

• Other people's copyrighted material (such as a newspaper's full story or photos) without permission
• Viruses, spam, tampering with the site's security, or automated activity that overloads the site
• Anything that breaks any law in force in India

• If any content on the site seems unlawful, infringes your privacy or copyright, or is untrue about you, follow the steps on the Grievance page (rudrapurcity.com/grievance): send the page link, what the problem is and how to reach you.
• We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to communicate a decision within 15 days. Where needed, content is hidden immediately while we review it.
• Such content will be removed and, in serious cases, the relevant authorities may be informed as the law allows.
• A publisher who wants its headlines and links removed, or shown differently, can use the same process.

• The name "Rudrapur City", the site's design and the content we write belong to us. To share something, share its link.
• News headlines and links belong to their original publishers. Weather data is from Open-Meteo (CC BY 4.0). Details are on the Sources page (rudrapurcity.com/sources).

• To the extent the law allows, Rudrapur City and its publisher are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on the site, any external link, any job or event, any dealings with a third party, or the site being unavailable or slow.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The competent courts at Udham Singh Nagar (Uttarakhand) have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may change these terms from time to time. The date of the change will be shown on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
