Every rent listingA room, PG, flat, house or shop — free for 30 days, and you can extend it 3 times. No fee from the tenant either.
Be shown first
An option to show your offer or listing at the top of the list. At most 3 are shown there at a time; when there are more, they take turns day by day.
Everything shown there always carries this label: Sponsored
Paying changes nothing else: not the checks, not “Checked by phone”, not anything in the listing.

Offers we do not publish
- Alcohol, tobacco, gambling or betting, lotteries
- Loans, chit funds, MLM, crypto or “double your money”
- Medicines or cures with health claims (optician, lab or clinic discounts are fine)
- Political or religious campaigns
- Shops outside Udham Singh Nagar
- Claims like “90% off everything” that the shop cannot explain
Rules for rent listings
- No fee, token money or booking charge from tenants. Rudrapur City never takes money from anyone.
- “For whom” only from the fixed choices; no condition based on religion, caste, community, region or food habits.
- Brokers state their brokerage clearly.
- No house number or full address — only the locality and a nearby landmark.
