For the shops whose bell is on, you get a notification when new stock arrives. At most one a day from a shop, and none between 9 pm and 9 am.
A notification looks like this

You do not follow any shop yet
Press “Follow” on a shop’s page. It then shows here and at the top of the bazaar.

This browser cannot show notifications. Follow the same shops in the Rudrapur City app and turn the bell on there.
With the bell off, a shop still shows here and at the top of the bazaar. To remove it, press “Following” on the shop’s page.
