IIM Kashipur to get a Gen-Z post office: speed post, parcel and banking services on campus, with free Wi-Fi, a mini library and a coffee cafe

After MBPG College in Haldwani, a Gen-Z post office is now being planned at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur. According to Dainik Jagran, the IIM management has spoken to the postal department, which has agreed to open a post office on campus. About 1,500 students study at IIM Kashipur, and the campus at present has no speed post, parcel or banking facility. These services will be available once the post office opens, along with free Wi-Fi, a mini library and a coffee cafe. Senior superintendent of post offices Amit Bisht said Kumaon's first Gen-Z post office was opened at MBPG College and the response has been good; it was also painted with young people in mind. He said a similar post office will open at IIM soon. No opening date has been fixed yet.
