Two young men riding from Rudrapur to Kashipur killed in bike accident near Gopal Nagar–Balram Nagar cut on Gadarpur bypass, both from Himmatpur in ITI police station area

Two young men on a Pulsar motorcycle were killed in an accident near the Gopal Nagar–Balram Nagar cut on the Gadarpur bypass at around 6 pm on Sunday. According to Dainik Jagran, the two were riding their new motorcycle from Rudrapur to Kashipur when it hit a dog that came onto the road, went out of control, struck the divider and fell into a ditch beside the road; Dainik Bhaskar reported that two people on a motorcycle were killed when a dumper hit them near the Balram Nagar turn. One of them died on the spot, while police took the other to the community health centre, where doctors declared him dead. According to Gadarpur kotwal Bhupendra Singh Brijwal, both were residents of Himmatpur in the ITI police station area.
