Census: fill in your family's details online from home from November 16 to 30 (self-enumeration); enumerators to visit homes from December 1 to January 4

The census in Uttarakhand will follow a separate schedule, earlier than most other states. According to Amar Ujala, self-enumeration will begin in the state from November 16, and census work will be carried out across the state from December 1 to January 4; census secretary Deepak Kumar has told officials to make people aware of it. According to Hindustan, self-enumeration will run from November 16 to 30, during which people can fill in their family's details digitally on the portal themselves; enumerators will then go door to door from December 1. Training of enumerators and supervisors is under way in the district and will be completed by November 15. According to the central government's notification, the population count in most states will take place from January 25 to February 28, 2027, but Uttarakhand is not part of that phase. Use only the official announcement for the self-enumeration portal and how to use it; when the enumerator comes, give correct information.
