Rudrapur: Father visiting son in hospital dies after bike hits him outside; reports say bike came from wrong side and carried three youths

A man died after being hit by a bike outside a hospital in Rudrapur on Thursday. He had come to see his son, who is admitted to the hospital after a leg operation. According to Amar Ujala, a speeding bike coming from the wrong side hit him just as he came out of the hospital, and he suffered a serious head injury. According to Dainik Bhaskar, he was waiting for a bus at the roadside and the bike was carrying three youths. He was taken to hospital but could not be saved. According to Amar Ujala, he was originally from Bilaspur and lived in Rudrapur, working as a tailor. According to Bhaskar, police are finding out the cause of the accident and about the bike riders.
